In the Spring we started the process of moving from Alberta to North Vancouver. We retained Ralph Maglieri as our real estate agent to help us find a property. The time that he spent to really understand us and his incredible depth of knowledge in the North Shore meant that we were in the optimal position possible as buyers. Ralph knew the pros and cons of every street and house, the full back history beyond that papered, the quality of renovations or the homebuilder, and just about every nuance that we could think of. I simply cannot say enough good things about Ralph and his team for that matter. They were professional, prepared and helped us find the right home for us. Likewise, he was strong on the negotiations and saved us a lot of money as he knew how much and how little to push to achieve the outcome that we wanted.
